Thank you for visiting PupBuddy, my name is George.
I have always had a passion for animals and knew I wanted to get into the animal industry and expand my knowledge. When I left school I went on to complete a national diploma in animal management. I loved the course and everything I learnt, so decided to further my education by completing a honours degree in applied animal behaviour and training. After obtaining my degree I found a job working for a local dog rescue, day care and training school.
Whilst working for the company, I have spent countless hours taking care of and training the rescue dogs in the care of the charity. I have worked within a day care environment, supervising numerous dogs at a time, managing their social interactions and taking care of their needs.
My real passion though has always been working with clients and training their dogs. Over the last 8 years I have worked with thousands of clients and their dogs, working with puppies and adults on their obedience, behavioural issues and social skills.
I recently decided it was time to try and reach a wider audience so that I can share my knowledge of dog training and hopefully provide guidance to more owners. My goal is for PupBuddy to be a one-stop-shop for all your dog training needs and I‘m very much looking forward to the journey!
Ernie & Suki
Ernie is a Flat-Coated Retriever (not a red setter).
He is 3 years old. He is your typical flattie; loving to everyone and everything and generally enthusiastic about life. Ernie is happiest when he has a ball in his mouth and surrounded by people and his dog friends.
Suki is a Saluki
She is 1 year old. She loves nothing more than a comfy bed and to snooze in the sun or on top of Ernie. She is a little princess and loves a whinge if things are not quite to her liking. Definitely the posh one of the house!
